Small batches allow us to pay closer attention to each coffee and make adjustments as needed.

FRESHER COFFEE.

Instead of roasting huge quantities and letting coffee sit around, we can roast based on what we're actually using and selling.

Once we find a roast we love, the Bellwether allows us to repeat it batch after batch.

CONSISTENCY.

The Bellwether is a modern, all-electric coffee roaster that gives us precise control over temperature, airflow and the development of each roast.

It also eliminates the need for traditional gas-fired roasting, allowing us to roast without on-site fossil-fuel combustion.

But the technology isn't the point.

The coffee is.
